Before your session…
SELF CARE
Prepare yourself before your session by taking just 15 minutes to quietly tune in and set your space up. Notice how you’re feeling and what you might like to explore today
Having water, tissues, blanket might be ways to self-care during your session; sometimes during deep emotional clearing the body can lose it’s heat (or the opposite!) and a handy blanket can be a boon.
If you work with Guides do feel free to call them in to support you.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sessions last 1 hour and cost £70.00 (2023 rate)
Once your session is confirmed with a Zoom invite, cancellation will require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid full payment
No time will be added for late arrival
